Laurel Beach House

Renovation of a 1,600 sf 1910 dutch colonial beach house located on Laurel Beach in Milford, Connecticut. The house suffered a fire, and severe structural damage. The client was interested in renovated a large portion of the first level including the kitchen, with the addition of an office, a small bar, a laundry room, and a bathroom. We also decided to expand the living room. Much of the design was based off of the quality of daylight the site provided. ​

On the second level the master bedroom was renovated, as well as the master bath.

All of the interior paint, and trim was restored, as well as the exterior trim, siding, and windows were replaced. The client also added a 650 square foot roof deck.
